Instruction:

Soak the rice vermicelli into water about 5-7 minutes or hot water about 3 minutes, take out to be drip dry, use as pleased:
1) Saute with shrimp, crab, meat, egg, spices …
2) Cook flavoured sauce, chicken, duck, pork, …pour in soaked rice vermicelli and ready to serve.
3) Used as same as fresh rice vermicelli.
