Cascara tea is a tea made from dried ripe coffee pods, used to make drinks like a fruit tea. Cascara tea has a completely different flavor from coffee, gentle and rich depending on the type of coffee used to make tea.

Method 1: Make tea with hot water
Prepare:
• Cascara: 20gr
• Berries: lemon, lychee, strawberry …
• Honey
• Tempering jar
• 600ml of boiling water at 90 degrees Celsius
• Bottle
Mixing:
• Step 1: Put 20gr of Cascara in a covered jar, followed by 60ml of water for 3 minutes
• Step 2: filter cascara shell then put in the jar. Add lemon slices, strawberries and a bit of honey. Stir to combine the flavors (better when used with ice)
