User manual

How to prepare for small filter (25gr - total mixing time about 5-7 minutes)

Step 1: Use boiling water to rinse the coffee maker to make sure the filter is clean. Besides, the warm coffee filter will help the coffee to expand more uniformly and reduce the heat absorption when making coffee.

Step 2: Add to the filter 3 teaspoons of coffee powder (about 25 grams) and mix.

Step 3: place the filter on the beaker, pour slowly and evenly over the filter surface about 30ml of boiling water (92-98 degrees C) for even coffee spread.

Step 4: after 2-3 minutes, when the coffee has absorbed all the water and the coffee powder is spread evenly, this time compress the cover (can compress the lid before filling the water for the first time) and continue to add 50ml of water simmer and wait. About 1 minute later, the coffee juice will start dripping down the glass, wait until the coffee is almost empty, then press the lid firmly to extract the remaining amount of coffee.

Step 5: The result is a quantity of 40-45ml of coffee juice, can be added with sugar or milk, ice (depending on each person's preference) and stir well.
