Wind dried persimmon made with delicious, natural persimmons, right from the oldest Cau Dat growing area in Da Lat.To get quality products, Cau Dat Farm selects the highest quality fresh, non-sprayed persimmons combined with traditional Japanese processing method for 21 - 25 days. During the production process, persimmon is completely isolated from the external environment, avoiding mold & bacteria, slowly drying out, no drying, just air and sunlight, Dalat fresh persimmons turn themselves into brown dried persimmons, sweet, slightly fragrant. Cau Dat Farm controls quality and assures consumers that wind dried persimmon products do not use sulfur at all during production (the use of anti-mold sulfur is very common in making hanging roses).

Additional information: Do not use when the product has a strange taste. After a while, persimmon ferments naturally to create a white layer of sugar on the surface (not the mold).
