DIRECTIONS:
*place rice vermicelli into a large bowl *bring a pot of water to a boil *pour boiling water into the bowl with rice vermicelli *wait about 60 seconds, drains the rice vermicelli out *then serve with desired meat, seafood, vegetables and/or sauce.
