CEREAL PRAWN WITH SHREDDED EGG AND SESAME
PREPARATION: Prawns 400g, Egg Yolks 2 nos (beaten), Planta Margarine 2 spoon, Chilli Padi 2 nos. (chopped), some Curry Leaves.
COOKING METHOD:
- Clean prawns, trim off whisker, while keeping shells.
- Heat 3 cups of oil in a wok, fried prawns till cooked and crispy. Remove and drain.
- Discard oil, clean wok. Add in 2 spoon planta margarine to wok and warm it, slowly add in beaten egg yolk to wok by net filter, egg yolk becomes shredded.
- Add black sesame, chilli padi and curry leaves and prawns, stir-fry till fragrant. Add in Masfood mixed seasoning and cereal, mix well. Serve hot with rice.

- Discard oil, clean wok. Add in 1 spoon planta margarine to wok and warm it. Add black sesame, chilli padi and curry leaves and prawns, stir- fry till fragrant. Add in Masfood mixed seasoning and cereal, mix well. Serve it hot with rice.
CRISPY CEREAL PRAWN FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS: Cereal, Non Dairy Creamer, Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Spices & Black Sesame.
PREPARATION: Prawns (or other seafood) 200g, Planta Margarine 2 spoon, Chilli Padi 2 nos (chopped), some Curry Leaves, Egg 2 nos, Food Oil 2 spoon, Cooked Rice (4 people serving).
COOKING METHOD:
- Clean prawns, trim off whisker, while keeping shells.
- Heat 3 cups of oil in a wok, fried prawns till cooked and crispy. Remove and drain.
- Discard oil, clean wok. Add in 2 spoon palnta margarine and 2 spoon food oil to wok and warm it. Fry the black sesame, chilli padi and curry leaves first, then add in prawns, beaten egg, cooked rice, stir-fry till cooked. Lastly add in Masfood mixed seasoning and cereal, mix well. Serve hot.
