Preparation

700gm fish ,ginger(cut into small strips)and a little cooking oil.

Cooking method

  1. Clean the fish then put it on a plate.Aftler that, putit into a steamer and steam it for about ten minutes.When the fish has been cooked out, drain the steamed water from the plate. Set aside.
  2. Heat the wok and oil then stir-fry ginger until golden colour.After that,pour it on top of the fish.
  3. Finally ,heat MASFOOD HK STEAM PEASTE and pour it onto the plate .you can serve it hot. *MASFOOD HK STEAM PASTE also can be used to cook tofu ,sand pot chicken rice and other Chinese cuisine.
