PREPARATION :
500g Chicken Meat, a Few Curry Leaves, ? thsp. Butter.
COOKING METHOD:
- Clean Chicken Meat, cut it to smaller pieces and drain . Add (A) Crispy Flour in chicken meat and mix well.
- Heat up half a pot of oil and deep fry pieces chicken meat fillet until golden brown, remove and drain.
- Discard oil, clean wok, Over low heat, add ? thsp butter. Add curry leaves, stir-fry until fragrant. Add in chicken meats and mix well. Finally switch off gas, add in (B) Instant Mix to mix well..
*Also can add chilli.
