PREPARATION :
(400g Fresh prawns) or (Half of chicken cut into small pieces) or (400g fish cut into small piecces) or (400g Octopus), a few curry leaves, 2 nos Chilli padi (chopped). 1 thsp Butter.
COOKING METHOD:
- Clean prawns, trim off heads, while keeping shells.
- Heat oil in wok. Lightly fry prawns till cooked. Remove and drain.
- Discard oil, clean wok. Over low heat, add 1 thsp butter. Add chilli padi and curry leaves. Stir-fry till fragrant. Add prawns, Masfood mixed seasoning and cereal. Mix well. Serve hot with rice.
