PREPARATION:
- 1 packet Masfood Spices For Cooking Ichiban Klang Meat Bone Tea Soup.
- 1.5kg meat, ribs (cut in preferred size).
- 4pcs black garlic.
- 2000ml water.
- 1 spoon thick soy sauce.
- 2 spoons soy sauce.
- 1 spoon oyster sauce.
COOKING METHOD:
- Boil 2000ml water.
- Add in Masfood Spices For Cooking Ichiban Klang Meat Bone Tea Soup, garlic, meats, ribs, thick soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce into the boiling water.
- Boil the water again and then cook for 1 hour using low fire. Remove the filter bag and serve hot.
