PREPARATION:

  1. 1 packet Spices For Cooking Masfood Meat Bone Tea Soup.
  2. 1.5kg meat, ribs (cut into preferred size).
  3. 3 pieces garlic.
  4. 2000ml water.
  5. 2 spoon soy sauce.
  6. 2 spoon oyster sauce.

COOKING METHOD:

  1. Boil 2000ml water.
  2. Add in Spices For Cooking Masfood Meat Bone Tea Soup, garlic, meats, ribs, soy sauce, oyster sauce into the boiling water.
  3. Boil the water again and then cook for 1 hour using low fire. Remove filter bag and serve hot.

*Also can add in White Pepper Powder, Fried Bean Curd, Mushroom and other favorite food.
