By coincident , both Calvin and Charles got the opportunity to work in a Sushi shop located at Toyocho in Tokyo . Excitingly , it's was 17th Generation century old shop !! At that time , they first met their Sensei , a very strict and demanding old Washoku chef - Master Okino .
With daily limited meal budget , a bowl of white rice with fish miso soup provided by the shop was their lunch , sounds pitiful but it was so tasty actually !!
One day , incredible things happened , Master Okino hand-cooked a bowl of chili and pour onto their white rice together with a simple egg. At that moment , Calvin and Charles were never expect a meal could be SO DELICIOUS with just a ''simple'' chili added , they felt touched and strongly believe this is the best thing to bring back to Malaysia , eventually , Master Okino taught them the secret recipe on making the chili.
