TBK Green Food Joint Stock Company was founded in 2016, as a joint venture between Vietnam and Australia, specialized in Macadamia nut processing. It was formerly Thuan Bao Khang Green Food Limited, officially founded in 2013 by a team which has studied and developed the product since 2008.

The factory's products have reached some countries in the world and received much faith from consumers. Currently, other than processing Macadamia nuts, the company also processes other kinds of nuts like almond, walnut, and pistachio.
